The Llangollen Railway in Wales faces challenging times ahead with administration, but its locomotives are still hoping to see action in 2021. Some 200 miles south in the English seaside town of Minehead, 5199 awaits the start of running for the West Somerset Railway, planned for 22nd May. This locomotive was built in 1934 and after initial service spent 22 years in a scrapyard. It is on hire from the Llangollen Railway for the 2021 season. Photo by Joe Rogers.
